Sales and Marketing Recruitment

I was first contacted by Martin Veasey Talent Solutions back in November last year, 2021, with a few opportunities matched to my profile. After a brief call this was narrowed down to two positions, and I now hold one of these positions.

As a candidate I cannot fault the experience I've had with Martin Veasey Talent Solutions and Roheela. She was very informative about the positions and helped me decide which role best suited myself. I got a good brief on the company, the interview process, and the expectations which was invaluable to me, and more importantly she gave me details and profiles of the people interviewing me, so I felt comfortable going into it. Regarding the rest of the recruitment process, I was pleased with the offer, which was towards the top end of the scale provided to me by Martin Veasey Talent Solutions, so there was not much need for negotiations. I was pleased however that this information was transparent from the start of the process, as this hasn't always been my experience previously with other companies and agencies.

As aforementioned, I was pleased with how I was matched with my role and felt that Roheela was understanding of the company's requirements and how this matched my experience/skillset. Without Roheela actively engaging with me chances are that I may have overlooked the position, and I definitely feel I benefited having applied through Martin Veasey Talent Solutions in terms of the visibility that leant to my application and the information I received during the recruitment process and would recommend both Roheela and Martin Veasey Talent Solutions to anyone. I was mostly contemplating contractor roles after coming from an unsecure cyclical industry so I am glad to have found a role that offers good job satisfaction as well as security with a reputable company and a promising career.
