Our client is charging up for explosive growth, and they need a tenacious Sales Director/Chief Sales Officer Designate to power their ambitious plans. They are a contract electronics manufacturer and want someone from that world to overhaul their sales engine and steer them towards unprecedented heights.

 

Your Mission? Rebuild and revitalise the sales force into a lean, mean "hunter" machine focused on unearthing new business across diverse sectors. Armed with your EMS industry mastery and an enviable network, you'll map out comprehensive strategies to outmanoeuvre the competition. And that's just for starters!

 

As their Sales Director, you'll navigate challenging market conditions to lead growth. But the real electrifying prospect? Becoming the Chief Sales Officer within 12-15 months, spearheading their European expansion, and collaborating with the board to shape their future.

 

Your Spark:

 

· Significant experience of sales leadership prowess in the contract electronics manufacturing arena, ideally from a £60M - £800M organisation

· An awe-inspiring track record of closing multi-million-pound, multi-year megadeals across varied sectors
