    East Midlands (Office Based)

Commutable from Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Banbury, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, North Buckinghamshire

    No, that isn't a typo.

Our client is offering a starting salary of £50,000 for a graduate trainee role.

Now, hold your horses, graduates. Before you yell, "Cha-Ching" and fire your CV to us, there are some very specific requirements you'll have to meet to be considered for this role.

So, let's talk about you for a moment. You did well at school. Very well, in fact. We're talking A's across the board at GCSE and A-level.

Then, you must have graduated with at least a 2:1 degree in a business or finance discipline from a Top 25 UK University.

And now, you have your eyes on the prize.

Maybe you're thinking about joining one of the big investment banks. But then you have to live in London and deal with all that London stuff like tube strikes, people, and everything costing four times the price of anywhere else in the UK.

So, what if you could live that investment banker lifestyle out in the country instead?

Well, that's precisely what our client is offering.

As a Graduate Commercial Finance Broker, you'll have the opportunity to rapidly progress your career within a company that values hard work, drive, and tenacity. With their consultative sales approach, you'll be brokering commercial finance products, including complex lender transactions, and providing direct lending through their two lending arms.

But this isn't just any job - it's a chance to work for a dynamic and rapidly expanding hybrid Broker-Lender that has originated over £1 billion in commercial finance for 12,000 UK SMEs. As a member of their team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients and suppliers across the UK, develop meaningful relationships, and help businesses grow and thrive.

    What will you be doing?

Initially, you'll prospect for new business, reach out to potential customers, and develop ongoing relationships with existing clients. But as you progress, you'll take on more responsibility, managing deal flows and pipelines on your own account and training to become a qualified commercial finance broker.

Our client is looking for someone who is naturally competitive and driven and loves the prospect of unlimited earning potential, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for sales.

They offer clear progression pathways with generous incentives for achieving KPIs, and top performers can expect to earn six-figure numbers in a relatively short time. Plus, they offer quality employee perks, such as a gym membership, health insurance, and a company car. It's no wonder many of their graduate employees become homeowners within their first 3 years of employment.

So, if you're looking for a role with unparalleled earning potential and real growth and advancement opportunities, we want to hear from you.
