The Current Landscape:

The Finance Director, currently responsible for the company's financial management, needs support. As the business soars, a dedicated Management Accountant is crucial to maintaining the company's upward trajectory.

 

Your Mission:

Take the reins of the day-to-day financial affairs, allowing the Finance Director to focus on strategic initiatives to drive the company's future success. From consolidating financial reports across the entire group to providing invaluable insights that shape critical decisions, you'll be a pivotal player in this gastronomic empire's continued ascent.

 

The Role in Detail:

· Consolidate financial statements and handle group reporting with precision

· Spearhead the audit process, ensuring compliance and a seamless audit trail

· Conduct in-depth analysis, uncovering trends and opportunities

· Mentor the finance team, fostering accuracy and adherence to processes

· Maintain data integrity across systems like Sage 200 and Sage 50

· Partner with senior leadership, delivering actionable financial insights

 

The Ideal Candidate:

You're a qualified (or part-qualified) accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a proven track record in financial reporting, analysis, and audit management. Your analytical abilities are unparalleled, allowing you to identify trends and provide recommendations that drive growth.

 

You're a master of accounting software like Sage 200 and Sage 50, and your communication and leadership skills inspire teams to excel. Most importantly, you thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments and are driven to take on expanded responsibilities as the company grows.
