About You:

* Proven experience as an Advanced 5-axis CNC Machinist, ideally with Hurco machine expertise

* Mastery of CAD/CAM software like Autodesk Inventor and Hypermill for 3D modelling and toolpath generation

* Exceptional ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications

* Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot production issues

* Hands-on experience in metrology and polishing processes

* Excellent communication skills to train and mentor team members
