The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead their expansion into the German market, a territory poised to become the largest in Europe. Your mission? Develop a thriving commercial customer base, hire and mentor a high-performing sales team, and drive sales through consultative methods that resonate with our discerning clientele.

 

Day-to-Day Impact:

* Build rapport with high-value customers, from wellness influencers to VIPs and celebrities

* Master our client's patented technology and turn its health benefits into compelling sales narratives

* Conduct inbound and outbound phone sales, leveraging exclusive leads (no cold calling!)

* Develop and nurture your sales pipeline to meet ambitious monthly targets

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing your sales business independently

 

What You'll Bring:

* Native-level German fluency and a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field

* At least 3-4 years of direct-to-consumer sales experience, preferably phone-based

* A track record of exceeding sales goals and developing successful sales teams

* Experience selling high-value or luxury products/services is a distinct advantage

* An innate ability to build trust and rapport with customers

* A genuine interest in health, wellness, and cutting-edge wellness tools
