Clients can also benefit from our investment in access to a number of other UK and international databases. We identify the leading job boards and media by functional specialism and geography to ensure that our advertising reaches your target audience as quickly as possible. Our consultants have an excellent global network across a range of functions/specialisms, established over more than 35 years including links with leading international business schools to ensure that we can always identify the best talent for you.

  • We provide you with a dedicated Consultant to account manage and handle all aspects of the search and selection process for your campaign. This Consultant will be ably supported by members of our Research and Recruitment Administration team and where required additional Recruitment Consultants.
  • We offer headhunt/executive search, advertised selection and database searches or a combined approach tailored to your specific requirements and timescales.
  • We have an excellent and highly experienced in-house Research team to identify and approach the best talent globally.
  • Our fees reflect the input and expertise of our qualified and experienced consultants and the complexity of each assignment. As such we agree fees at the outset of each campaign. We pass on all discounts for advertising and our research for headhunt/executive search is undertaken on an open book basis.
  • We are equipped to handle single “one off” campaigns or multiple recruitment campaigns at a variety of levels in support of start-ups, restructures, growth, projects.
  • All candidates shortlisted for interview are personally screened in-depth by our Consultants specifically for your role and organisation focusing on biographical, technical and competency based criteria. We are regularly asked by our clients to utilise their competency frameworks and also to interview internal applicants.
  • Our Consultants are supported by a highly experienced Client Relationship Management and Candidate Care team who work tirelessly to ensure we deliver an excellent customer experience for both client and candidate alike during your recruitment campaign.

I started working with Roheela and the Martin Veasey Talent Solutions team in 2022. My experience working with them has been excellent and they have added real value to our business due to their professional and proactive approach.

I partnered with Roheela and the team on a contingent basis to recruit a Warehouse & Distribution Manager. This is a crucial role for us and is central to the development of our distribution strategy.
