Our Team Members

Richard is a graduate of the University of Worcester with a degree in Primary Teaching. During his academic journey, he conducted in-depth research on the use of images and media to enhance information retention in the classroom, reflecting his interests in innovation and continuous improvement.

After graduation, Richard took on roles such as Regional STEM Coordinator, where he supported initiatives aimed at promoting engineering among school pupils. This position allowed him to encourage young people to explore careers in engineering, aligning with his personal interest in Engineering and Manufacturing.

In addition, Richard has gained valuable experience in recruitment through his involvement in supply and chain and logistics-based business development and sales projects. These roles have provided him with insights into identifying and attracting talent effectively.

Through his varied roles, Richard has developed a broad skill set and a deep understanding of both education and industry. He continues to be passionate about supporting young people and fostering their interest in engineering, while also leveraging his recruitment experience to contribute to organizational growth.
